The ETS Carbon–Silicon Analyser, also known as a Carbon Equivalent (CE) Meter, is a high-precision instrument designed for rapid and accurate thermal analysis of molten cast iron. It determines Carbon Equivalent (CE), Carbon (C), and Silicon (Si) content in real time, enabling foundries to optimize melt chemistry, reduce rejects, and improve metallurgical quality.
Using a disposable thermal analysis cup and advanced temperature-sensing algorithms, the CE meter measures the solidification curve of molten metal and instantly calculates alloy composition. Its rugged design, intuitive interface, and quick response make it ideal for harsh foundry environments where speed and reliability are critical.
